Palmitin Micrylester Microcrystalline Cellulose, 1-N-Methyl-EPH-Trimethylxanthine Sulfate, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone Coating (Partially Hydrolyzed Polyvinyl Alcohol, Polyethylene Glycol, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Titanium Dioxide, Polysorbate 80), Acesulfame-Potassium.

RECOMMENDED USE:

2 times daily (2x2 or 2x3 blades), 1 hour before lunch and 20 minutes before workout.
